6. Synthetic marble – Test in an inconspicuous area by putting a few drops of Grout Sensation on the marble. If the drops of product bead up like water and do not bubble it is synthetic marble and can be used to clean the floor. If it does bubble on top of the stone it is not synthetic marble (dilute with water and wipe off) and should not be used.

HOW TO USE:

1. Small tiled areas –

(A) If cleaning grout with heavy grease on it use an exceptional degreaser like our product Mach Speed first to eliminate the grease before cleaning the grout. No grout cleaner can penetrate heavy grease. Mop the floor with a degreaser at the suggested dilution rate for greasy floors first and let dry.

(B) Pour Grout Sensation on 10 ft x 10 ft area of grout line undiluted.

(C) Use a grout brush at the end on a mop handle to lightly scrub all grout in the 10 ft X 10 ft area.

(D) Mop up Grout Sensation with a mop and water replacing mop water frequently to make sure all of the dirty mop water is up off the floor, or dilute the floor with water and extract with a wet-dry vacuum.

(E) Clean the entire floor with a floor cleaner (Mach Speed) after grout is cleaned and Grout Sensation is mopped up or extracted.

(F) Clean all equipment used thoroughly with water.

2. Large tiled areas –

(B) Spray Grout Sensation on an approximately 25 ft x 25 ft area of tiled floor with a pump sprayer undiluted.

(C) Use an electric floor scrubber and wet-dry vacuum or floor scrubber/extraction machine with water in the tank to extract the product.

Note: If using the wet-dry vacuum method dilute the area scrubbed with water before vacuuming.

(E) Clean the entire floor with a floor cleaner (Mach Speed) after grout is cleaned and Grout Sensation is extracted.

(F) Clean all equipment used thoroughly with water.

MAINTENANCE (Important):

1. Use a good floor cleaner/degreaser like our product Mach Speed for daily floor mopping.

2. Once every two weeks to once a month pour 2 cups of Grout Sensation in a bucket of mop water and mop the floors with it. This gets more of the detergents into the grout and keeps the grout fresh and clean much longer. You may never have to clean your grout again using this maintenance method.

3. After using Grout Sensation undiluted to clean the grout for the first deep cleaning the product can be diluted up to 4:1 with water for subsequent cleanings depending on how soiled the grout is if any additional cleaning needs to be done between the maintenance mopping.

Recommended: Use a superior floor cleaner/alkaline degreaser like our product Mach Speed for daily floor mopping. Using such a product leaves floors and grout much cleaner long term.

Bleach Note: Mopping tile floors with bleach will leave a white haze residue over time. It is not recommended to mop with bleach on a daily basis. Grout Sensation will remove the haze from bleach use, but it’s better to prevent forming the white haze from bleach use in the first place.
